1 Acceptance of Terms

StoneBridge Asset ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered cryptocurrency investment platform (the "Service") subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StoneBridge Asset.

2 Services Description

StoneBridge Asset provides an automated cryptocurrency investment platform that utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to:

• Analyze cryptocurrency markets and identify trading opportunities
• Execute trades on behalf of investors based on algorithmic strategies
• Manage cryptocurrency portfolios with automated risk management
• Provide investment plans with varying risk/return profiles
• Offer daily returns on investments through our proprietary AI system

3 Registration & Account

3.1 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• Not be subject to any economic sanctions or on any restricted party lists
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Enabling two-factor authentication (highly recommended)

3.3 Identity Verification

We may require identity verification documents including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Source of funds documentation
• Additional KYC/AML documents as required by law

4 Investment Terms

4.1 Investment Plans

StoneBridge Asset offers three main investment plans:

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by plan. Deposits are processed upon blockchain confirmation.

Withdrawals: Processing times:

• Starter Plan: 24-48 hours
• Pro Plan: 12-24 hours
• Elite Plan: 1-12 hours

Withdrawal fees: Network fees only (no platform fees)

4.3 Compounding Option

Investors may opt to reinvest returns (compounding). Compounding must be selected at the beginning of each investment period and cannot be changed mid-period.

5 Fees & Payments

Management Fee: 15% of net profits

Performance Fee: 10% of profits above benchmark

Withdrawal Fee: Network fees only

Inactivity Fee: $10/month after 6 months of inactivity

6 Risk Disclosure

Specific risks include but are not limited to:

• Market Risk: Cryptocurrency prices are extremely volatile
• Liquidity Risk: Some cryptocurrencies may have limited liquidity
• Regulatory Risk: Changing regulations may affect cryptocurrency value and legality
• Technology Risk: Blockchain technology risks including hacking, forks, and protocol changes
• Operational Risk: Platform outages, technical failures, or security breaches
• AI Limitations: AI algorithms may not perform as expected in all market conditions

You acknowledge that you:

• Understand these risks
• Are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• May lose some or all of your investment
• Should not invest funds you cannot afford to lose

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• StoneBridge Asset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control
• We are not liable for investment losses resulting from market conditions
• We do not guarantee specific investment returns

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the StoneBridge Asset platform, including but not limited to:

• AI algorithms and trading strategies
• Software code and platform design
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Documentation and educational materials
• Analytics and market research

are the exclusive property of StoneBridge Asset or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Service for personal investment purposes only.

9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or regulatory authority
• For security reasons

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• You may withdraw remaining funds (subject to fees)
• We may retain certain information as required by law

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Birmingham, Alabama, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via:

• Email notification
• Platform announcement
• Updated "Last Updated" date on this page

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
